Have you ever walked on the beach around sunset?
It seems other-worldly.
The mist and the light conjuring up a surreal scene.
So fragile.
So serene.
People soaking in the last rays of the sun.
Reveling in the beauty of the moment.
Some, like this woman, staring into the endless ocean.
Seeking answers … or perhaps, just enjoying the feeling of being one with Nature.
Still.
Somber.
At ease.
The final hours of daylight remindful of yet another day well-lived.
Holding the promise of tomorrow.
Another opportunity for us to live life to its fullest.
To appreciate what is and not worry about what isn’t.
To be thankful.
And humble.
To soak in the beauty. And be beautiful inside out.
Sunset on the beach — where night and day converge in synchronous harmony with land and water.
When mind and body can simply be.
Where I find my peace.
All images taken this past weekend at Seacliff State Beach, Aptos, California.

Such pretty images and just love the way you intertwined the pictures with the words. Beautiful
Thanks, Nishant!

Thanks, Deepak. Had a chance to visit your blog and look at some of your remarkable photos as well. Absolutely delightful
I liked beach so much before tsunami, now I fear to tread. The pictures are nicely snapped Mansi.
Thanks, Ramya. I hear you — about the tsunamis. But that, again, is a force of Nature — albeit an ugly one.
Beautiful pics and very good thoughtful narration. Awesome !!
Thanks!
